Checkout flow is related to Shopping Cart. I decided to update them both as a package.
The Challenge
- Combined the old 3-step checkout flow to be one page. Customers can easily view and go back to the previous step to make updates.
- Cleaned up Shipping and Payment options and let customers to easily pick and choose.
- Provided estimated delivery date and rate.

This floating summary shows customers the break down of each fees and the functions that will effect the entire order.
Shipping
Newegg provides 3 shipping options to customers, ship to your location, pick up at the Will-Call center, or ship to any UPS location.
Delivery Options
Customers can choose when they would like to receive the packages and how much they would like to pay.
Payment
Newegg offers different payment options, such as reward points, gift cards, the most popular credit/debit card, and many others.
